Build community and engage in conversations around mental health at our events.

Hard Feelings hosts a variety of events in our storefront space, all with connections to building stronger mental health. These include:

  • Free, weekly drop-in events
  • Free, monthly drop-in events
  • Free and low-cost groups
  • Limited-run event series
  • Free and low-cost one-time workshops
  • Trainings for mental health professionals involved in or offering low cost counselling
  • Our yearly mental health pop-up market

Attending events can help you reduce isolation, build community, and learn something new. We collaborate with external facilitators, as well as our storefront volunteers to deliver innovative and engaging programming.
