Background:  Laura is a lesbian, neurodivergent therapist who brings lived experience, curiosity, and empathy into her work. Laura has worked in mental health for 10+ years in post-secondary school health clinics, mental health hospitals, abortion clinics, crisis lines, community centres, and private practice. She is doing her PhD in the area of mental health and the climate crisis and she teaches at York University’s School of Social Work.

Laura strives to create a space where your full self is welcome, and where your priorities and values guide the pace and direction of the work together.
