Meagan Dellavilla
(she/her)
Education: Student in Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto
Background: Meagan is a student in the Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto, completing her practicum placement under the supervision of Daniel Pauly, Ed.D, RP.
Meagan has dedicated her career to improving individual and collective well-being. Over the past ten years, she has led the development of a nationally implemented mental health promotion program, supported individuals through crisis line work, and facilitated therapeutic garden programs. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the complex social, environmental, and cultural factors that influence well-being, shaping her relational, culturally humble, and collaborative approach to therapy.
Perspective: Meagan is an active and engaged therapist who is committed to exploring what healing looks like for you. With warmth, curiosity, and care, she supports clients in recognizing and celebrating their strengths, while gently navigating areas of challenge or growth. Informed by an integrative approach, she is equally comfortable supporting clients in deep inner exploration and in building practical strategies to navigate everyday life.
Meagan is available in-person at 489 College St., #206 (College and Bathurst).
