Background: Bahareh has over five years of experience working with diverse populations through crisis lines, community mental health, and private practice. She is passionate about helping people build an authentic and meaningful life while honoring their unique cultural backgrounds and lived experiences.

Approach: Bahareh integrates evidence-based approaches including Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness, to create a therapeutic space that is attuned to your unique experiences and needs. Her practice is deeply trauma-informed and grounded in cultural humility,  honoring how personal and collective histories shape healing. With warmth and compassion, Bahareh walks alongside individuals navigating the impacts of trauma, identity exploration, and the complexities of living between cultures.

Perspective: Bahareh views therapy as a journey of self-awareness centered on connection, trust, curiosity, and compassion. She believes that you are the expert in your own life, and her role is to support you in exploring your unique story while acknowledging the role of culture, systemic influences, and personal values. Therapy is a space where you can bring your whole self—your joys, struggles, and uncertainties—without fear of judgment. Through a lens of cultural awareness and humility, Bahareh works alongside you to foster self-compassion, resilience, and meaningful change.
