For Counsellors

Hard Feelings operates a Community of Practice (CP) for professional counsellors in private practice. These counsellors are carefully screened and selected, and work within our model of low-cost and short-term service.  Membership includes:

  • Profile on the Hard Feelings website
  • Client referrals
  • Monthly peer supervision
  • Professional training and workshops
  • Clinical consultation
  • A professional network of colleagues
  • A 15% discount on products in the Hard Feelings store

To join the Hard Feelings CP, a counsellor must hold a minimum of a graduate-level degree in a counselling discipline, be registered with their professional college (OSWSSW, CPO, CRPO), and carry private liability insurance. Practitioners are responsible for managing their own caseloads, scheduling, and billing.

Counsellors are the Health Information Custodians for their clients. Hard Feelings does not access or retain any private health information of clients.

We are currently seeking new counsellors to join our Community of Practice!
