Perspective: Deidre believes that successful therapy takes place when we no longer feel alone with our hard feelings. It can be difficult to allow someone else to see these parts of us, especially when we have been dismissed or hurt in the past, which is why it is so important to Deidre to establish a collaborative and genuine relationship with her clients from the start. From within the safety of this relationship, you will be able to have new experiences, gain new tools, try on new perspectives, build self-compassion, and ultimately increase your capacity to thrive.
Deidre is available in-person at 353 Church St.
Deidre can bill directly to Greenshield Insurance.
